"Natalia and Nick"

My last visited to Murfreesboro (about 26 miles from Nashville) was very interesting. After have a meeting with the couple, I stop by and have lunch/dinner with my good friends which in the same area. He told me about this restaurant which in the town square of Murfreesboro. Many of you may know that I love old building and old world design, we walked around the town square and stop in the toy store and that one of my favorite place to go in! This is where I met Natalia and Nick, as soon as i walk in there they were, standing on the shelf and my eyes and my brain just tell me at the same time "THIS IS IT!" my perfect gift for all my wedding couples. As i sat down that night on my desk keep looking at Natalia and Nick, something just hit me " they are the couple who will be my blog narrator" and this is how "Natalia and Nick" was born. My trip to St. Louis was a really good one ... love to tell you more but I will Natalia and Nick tell you how much fun we all have in St. Louis. I hope everyone who read my blog give both of them a warm welcome. I will pop in once in a while to say hi but I will let them tell you about all the trip and photo shoot from the insider "Natalia and Nick"

It was a fun evening with both of them for engagement photos. We walked around downtown Nashville for photographs and stop at Morton's where Andrew pop the question, well we all got funny memory around that conner too (can't wait to remind them about that again!) Thank you and congrats and I will be ready for your fun wedding!

Obsession!

Wow! I have no idea I have been obsession with sky! Last night I was trying to configure my dad's iPhone and switch my sim card between my cell and iPhone. I started to notice I have a good bit of pictures that I took it with my cell phone. Little I know how obsessed I was with the sky. Actually, I think I have lots more. But the point actually the camera phone have come along way and it look pretty good! as you can see. PS. if you have some to share let's do it!

I love to take my bicycle to Green way which is such a wonderful path way that you can go from one area to other area in Nashville along the park and river. This is always help me think and reset my creative idea and help boost my energy for photographs. I always have a camera with me but it is strip down to just camera and a lens only. Yes! just use one lens limit your tool and be creative! I took 15 photographs each part of the tree and tile them up and see how it feel. Let's me know guys!

Snow, 80's Party, and my birthday!

Hello...Hello

I was having a blast the last 3 days, on the way back home and heavily snow can't see anything and I was driving at 20 mph! That was the heaviest snow I ever been in one. I am so glad that we made it home safely it took us 45 mins instead of 20mins. I missed the fact that I didn't thinking about to take some photos with my cell phone.
80's party was my next stop. yes! I was screaming inside I love 70's and 80's era because that when I did some really funny and all the good song. My client created the party that would please lots of people the first room with from 30's to 60's which was very nice and trio band playing all the song from that era, next room 70's to 90's and this is when it get me really excited. All the icon from that period of time color, dress, movies, stars, toys, and Peace sign...LOL. I guess the big hit for this party would be Millennium room, they decor for modern and very stylish. I absolutely had a good time photographs the party. I post some photos form the party as you may seen. Ok! now today is my birthday, I like quite birthday party for myself good friends and good conversation. My mom always throw a good birthday party for me, one year I remember she ask me what I want " Disney land in Tokyo would be nice" I am actually just kidding " Well Disneyland it will be!" I was a little shock but "you get what you ask for" you know that was one fun trip I have by myself and others who I have no idea who they are but we get along fine and at least not to lonely for 7 days in Tokyo and Hong Kong. The best in my mind was the one that I made decision to drove to the seaside after having a big party around 3 in the morning with my best friends (who just pass away) grab some beer and sit on the beach watch the sun rise and talk to him for 4 hours about life and all just drive back (the gulf only 2 hours from my house) oddly enough, my best friend will be cremate today on my birthday, and now how can I forget him. I know it ! he plan this all along so I will never forget him...THANKS Buddy!

My wish for my birthday as of right now is to have a chance to talk to him again for one last time just to say good bye to him the way we always do..."I will kick you a**"

When it rains it pour!

Today I got up a little late since I have a rough night try to sleep because of my best friend pass away. After all the e-mailing and phone call, I sat down and try to work on some retouching some photos. Darrin on the other side playing with his ipod add more song to his ipod, and he started to paly a clip of each songs and this just hit home for me again. All the somg of 80's and 90's just perfect to reminded me of my friend how we used to scream on top of our lung singing "Hotel California" from Eagle or "Every Breath you take" by Police and yes all other song too not to mentions all the Thai Song that we use to sing on the break between the class or lunch time even in the boys room! (yes we scream singing in the boys room).
All this bring tear to my eyes again, I wish I have a camera with me every moment (like kids now a day) I will have my life with my friend on my computer that's for sure. I believe this is not a sad one for me, the fact that my good friend pass away give me a good wake up to think and cherish our friendship. I would like to invited all my friends from Nashville or other in Bangkok to share your though our laugh and some tender moments (hey! I did). By the way, thank you Duane (you know who you are.... right!) for the card and this just hit us at the right time! At the end of our monthly get together (when I still in Bangkok) we have drink, eat, laugh and cry (thank gosh! it just once a month) we always say " till then...it is a Call for duty"
